In September of 2015 I began taking a combination of a low dosage of biotin supplement and GNCs Hair, Skin, and, Nail Vitamins to increase my hair growth. Many people have seen results from this type of treatment but I didn’t see any results that would have me suggesting this as a must try method. I felt like I had as much breakage as I did growth with this experiment. The GNC vitamins did however have some nice results for the condition of my skin. I saw less breakouts while on the vitamin. I stopped taking them because of the breakage to my hair and found myself with some acne breakouts. I will probably start taking the GNC vitamins about 3 times a week for my skin but will no longer be taking them and the biotin for hair growth.
